White Lies Return To U.S. for CMJ, Also Release Creepy New Video

As first reported here (I love when gossip columns and tabloids use that line -- it just smacks of pretension), White Lies have lined up a few U.S. return dates in Rocktober. They include a date at Bowery Ballroom during CMJ and a debut in Philly.  Mark it in your calendars, friendo:

  • Oct 24: Bowery Ballroom -- New York
  • Oct 25: North Star -- Philadelphia
  • Oct 26: Great Scott -- Boston
  • Oct 28: Empty Bottle -- Chicago
  • Oct 30: The Roxy Theatre -- Los Angeles

They debuted their second video from their upcoming debut album, due in January 2009. It's for the track Death and it's pretty freaky -- people without faces in suburbia.
