Trailer Out for Sex & Drugs & Rock 'n' Roll

Here's the trailer for the film about the life of Ian Dury, Sex & Drugs & Rock 'n' Roll. It's stars Andy Serkis as Dury.

Now that looks like an interesting film. As I mentioned before, my big hope is that the film introduces people to his music.

By the look of that trailer, Serkis has Dury down to a T. As you know, Serkis was the voice/motion caption actor for Gollum in Lord of the Rings and Kong in King Kong. He also played Martin Hammett in 24-Hour Party People.

The film, out in the UK on Jan. 8, is directed by Mat Whitecross, who directed the documentary, The Road to Guantanamo. No U.S. release date yet.
