Time to check with one of favorite MS.com Presents alums, the incomparable Kelli Scarr. She's still a superstar and creative force, as heard in her new album, Dangling Teeth. It's filled with warmfFolk feelings and wide-American spaces. I wouldn't expect anything less than beauty from K. Scarr.
