Following-up on a band I wrote about last year in September and this year in April, UK-based outfit Being There have their eyes on January 29th for the U.S. release of their debut album. Breaking Away is eleven songs of peppy pop about the pains of growing up. "So many people we know are experiencing an extended adolescence, where you are a graduate but can’t find a job and are stuck at home again dreaming of escape," says lead singer Sammy Lewis.
The album was produced by Richard Formby (Wild Beasts, Spectrals), while the Young & Lost Club will release the album. This is the tracklisting:
1. Allen Ginsberg
2. Back To The Future
3. Breaking Away
4. Infinity
5. Over Me
6. Punch The Clock
7. The Radio
8. Silent Runners
9. Tomorrow
10. Up
11. 17
Here are two preview of the album. First is "Back to the Future", which is right in line with their naming titles after movies theme.
Then is the Vaselines/ Pains of Being Pure at Heart-like rave-up, The Radio:

both songs are great- thanks.
