Color of Clouds is the project from MS.com Presents graduate Kelli Scarr and Dan Chen (of Mike Doughty and Nicole Atkins fame). Between their various musical enterprises, they set time together to record their second EP of ethereal, transcendent dream pop. Nine of Arrows is their latest effort and it will take you to places of beauty and wonderment. January 22nd is when you can download this goodness.
